I'm looking for a adjectives software that will only allow me to incorporate record, beside a nice font, to a picture.
Paint is really simple to include set book, but loses ability when save.
And something that could redeploy the color of the picture too, resembling grey, or black and white etc.
Answers: Here are couple of free option.

I recommend GIMP, it have heaps features of Photoshop and costs nought.
GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, carving composition and logo authoring.
Other free alternatives would be Paint.web or Picasa from Google.

The things that you're asking going on for can be done near a a bit simple free program call IrfanView. Download from here, and install the plug in bunch too.

Read the Helpfile for instructions.
The programs suggested by others here are more complex and therefor also more difficult to use.
