Start > Program > Internet Explorer > Right click > Create Short cut

your isp statue or your internet explorer god.
If isp:
1. Go to my computer
2. Click on my lattice places
3. Click on attitude introduce yourself connections.
4. Just right click on the statue and choose create shortcut
if Internet explorer icon
1. Right click on desktop after on desktop.
2. Click on customize desktop.
3. Choose internet explorer.
4. Click OK.
