don't deem so, but apparently it give the other users or the owners (I'm not really clear on that) access to your files, and its not devout! i would hand over it a miss, but its up to you... try bit torrent instead. its free, and i don't have an idea that near is any difficulty to it, unless if you download anything informal, palpably. but, its not other reliable.
