I can't sign into my iTune Store story.every time it say this: "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. An unknown error occur (-9808)."
and there's nought going on for it on the apple website =(
Answers: I enjoy have one and the same problem contained by days gone by, I unistalled the program from my computer and reistalled it.

maybe you are typing something wrong
or arent connected to the internet
i suggest you re instal itunes.
or conceivably do your updates near microsoft update
