witout taking parts of the video out explicitly, i hold a movie explicitly 4gb within size but i solely own 700 mb cds so i be wondering if at hand is a agency to similar to produce it smaller to that size minus editing parts of the movie out?? thankfulness!!
Answers: You dampen the size of the movie. If you see the thickness and stage you already cut it down to a quarter of the storage. Then encode next to xvid or similar and you'll find near. Poor aspect as expected but you can't back that.
Or split it onto several CDs and not lose any element.

Convert it to wmv or mpg, I'm assuming it's avi right very soon?
Converting it will diminish the size dramatically
make it into a VCD (video cd) - only similar to a dvd, but slightly lower level. use a program resembling NERO 7 ultra edition (note, this costs money to buy!) or download a "backup" or it for free from a suitable torrent site if you hold an innovative copy of the program - i do not incite piracy =D
