When trying to install Office 2003 pro or Adobe Professional I achieve the error 1335 that a facts.hackney carriage is corrupt. The cds work on any other computer beside no error. I seem to take this error on everything I try to install. It seem I enjoy some hurtful software on my comp...but how do I resolve this problem?
Answers: Two possibilities here, software problem or hardware problem.
Try turning sour any monitoring programs [antivirus, anti-trojan, anti-spyware, etc.] that you own running since doing the installation. You can also try doing a verbs boot, i.e. zilch running while you install.
Hardware...force out for a firmware update for the drive you are using to run the install compact disc. Also try cleaning the drive if you enjoy be getting other fickle errors beside it.
