Whenever I try converting a XP document to a compatible XP 2003 book, I bring the message 'sanction error'. My document is also not automatically save as it used to. I am desperate because word documents cannot be emailed in need converting as the Recipient is incompetent to friendly.
Answers: Try converting the word doc to a much lower reworked copy of Ofice. Say Office 2000. Maybe your recipient uses an behind the times MS Office Version,
