Does anyone know how I can revise Windows XP from English to Spanish or do I call for to buy the program within Spanish? I want to know how to train someone who doesn’t speak English terribly capably?

Start -> Settings - Control Panel -> Regional and Language Settings -> Select the terminology you want from the drop down, hit Apply/OK and you're done.
