Answers: If you delete the background from the actual disc itself, you're unsophisticatedly screwed - you can't put background support onto a disc once the session is closed unless it's a DVD-RW. However you can try TuneUp Utilities, specifically TuneUp Undelete. Works approaching a charm for stuff you delete on your complicated drive.
