Your project contains more PAL than NTSC objects, but will be encoded within NTSC if you use the current settings. Do you want to evolution the settings to PAL, so that your project will be encoded in the video mode that match the majority of the project's contents?

PAL is a European nouns standard. NTSC is used surrounded by the States. It wont hurt anything, Just may not be playable dependent upon where on earth you are.
