I widen it and a box comes up rapidly, it says" your adobe photoshop username, firm, or serial number is missing or invalid." But how would I input that info if it wouldn't even agree to me interested it?

if you still hold the compact disc (or you are forbidden and downloaded it from shareware or limewire this wont work unless you redownload it probably) reinstall it and possibly reregister it if you still own your serial number and login info
Reinstall your "legal" newspaper of the software and you will not own this problem
My suggestion would be to re-install and be sure to include this information when asked for it. Don't really deduce how you get passed it to even achieve it on your computer.
