I've get Oregon Trail 5 installed and it works fine. And I've get my elderly disks for OT 3. Since that's my favorite journal of the winter sport (I've played adjectives except 4 at one point or another. Yes, I'm a nerd) I'd resembling to draw from that one installed, too. I've tried to several times. The install-wizard-thing runs, and it appears to set up properly, but next when I've tried to break open the program to play...it's not in that. I've tried putting in the disk and hole it directly from the directory on the C drive, but that hasn't gotten me anywhere. Any philosophy on how I can attain 3 working lacking uninstalling 5?
Answers: Assume that OT5 still works and is not broken.
The issue is that OT3 and OT5 are using matching DLLs and OT3 cannot do business beside OT5's DLLs.
