Do you know when you first notice the virus. If you do reboot your PC and touch the F8 push button. Go into protected mode and do a system restore using a system planned restore point to a time you know your PC be verbs and working OK. To find system restore once in sheltered mode click Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore.
