So far, I did not find any free programs that does a apposite job
Moreover, converting from pdf to word may not maintain the exact format (margins and spaces will be off)
Exactly I don't know how to convert it into Excel or Word. But I enjoy the format within Excel. If you distribute ur communication ID to my correspondence (srinu2133@yahoo.co.in), consequently I can dispatch it you.

Simple answer is that you really can't. PDF creates something close to an dummy of the report which is not really a readable format.
