I would require that it creates suitable 3-d models, can nick surrounded by unusual furniture models, texture etc. Creates to extent plans and would be professional adequate for presentations while one logically priced. Additionally it should be unforced to use and dimensions contained by mm (Metric)

Answers: the easiest one beside nice outputs I own used is the InteriCAD 3000. It's a software developed by the Chinese but the library have seriously of modern style furnitures/fixtures. It's particularly comfortable to use..feel resembling you're playing the SIMS but next to adequate room to customize doesn`t matter what because it is autoCAD-based.
