i download the window live toolbar at www.microsoft.com,and very soon i cant uninstall it plz abet me

you can restore it to the time you havent that tool bar. but i dont know if it is effectual...be in motion to start-accessories-system tools-then system restore.
then follow it you can maneuver it already when you click it...coz near is also an instruction...

Its simple..I hope you are using Windows XP.
Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs
Click "Windows Live Toolbar" and next click "Remove".

Near the top right mitt corner at hand is a cog similar to statue, click on that to stifle toolbars
