Save the Word document to a folder or on your desktop. Then when sending the email, click on the daily clip (attach file) and a sub browser will pop asking you where on earth the document is located.
Browse the nouns you save the document (folder, desktop, etc.) Select the directory and click on ok or attach.
From near click on convey. It should distribute the word doc. right out near your email.
