I had thought it my own PC problem but I found others within my area unqualified to access Wikipedia, either. It have been close to this for quite a while. I hold heard zilch but has nearby been any blocking of the site going on surrounded by this region? Please do not guess. Thanks for your answer.
Answers: I dont know about wikipedia direct, but i use answers.com and you can download the answers.com toolbar and it puts rather arrow at the left of your eyeshade which you can drag up or down to what level you want it. This is an invaluable tool as it uses wikipedia and tons other sources for information and is always at your fingertips no concern where you are on the network.I am looking at my arrow now and its great surrounded by answers as i could click on my arrow now and answer a tecnical request for information by typing the question into the slab that comes out and clicking go.Once you own the information, exit using the cross for answers page_not the main cross at the top right otherwise you will be hindmost to your desktop-(got caught myself a few times) lol. Give it a go Kanda and if you dont close to it-just go to your programs and delete it.The merely thing it does that might annoy you is it comes surrounded by at start up and shows a box with highlights of the daylight which might be telling you that some great event happen on this day, but i dont mind that any .

on my browser, i could select the language depending on my choice. i basically typed www.wikipedia.org, then menu page appears where on earth there's a drop down box..you could choose the language you prefer.

If you couldn't access the site at adjectives, maybe you should restart your computer, it help sometimes. Then, you could just type surrounded by "en.wikipedia" so that it skips the language page and immidiately go to English (it's what I do-haven't seen that words page in a LONG time :D).
Unfortunately Kanda, I enjoy to make a guess here ... but in that is a likelyhood that somebody was vandalising Wikipedia page and the Wikipedia admin might have blocked an entire IP selection in establish to block whoever is responsible for doing it.
This is the only entry I can think of that would stop ancestors all over a region from access Wikipedia
