Personally I would vote no, it isn't illegal.
Theres alot of comedy on youtube. Even if things are took too far, as i own seen within the past, if it isn't "Illegal" or Copyright matter, its fine.
That is the stupiest video I have ever see. Not it is not illegal. You are allowed freedom of speech. You cannot threaten them though.

This video is pretty cool man. Making that time of video is not illegal it is freshly creative and it should be broadcasted to hear other peoples opinions
