You shouldn't put someone else's video on YouTube [however it is possible] because, one, they probably don't want you to do so, and two, YouTube have copyright laws, within other words, you can't upload a video unless it is 100% your creation and you own the video. If they catch you, your video will be delete and your account may catch deleted.
No you can't. But you can subscribe to their video.
