Ok I want to make a youtube video and I know that I enjoy to rip the DVD. Then I can put it into Windows Movie Maker and make the video. But I want to know if I can use DVD Decrypter and if so how? Also if I can't what is a good program that I can use to rip the DVD?

i'm not exactly sure if windows movie initiator will handle a .vob report... i'd say there's a righteous chance it will though if you've get the proper codecs installed.. if it won't, then adjectives you'll have to do is find something that'll convert it to .wmv or some other format.. something close to winavi will do a great job on that.

If you're ripping a commercial video the rights belong to the owner of the movie.
YouTube take down video that is copied from a movie and you may receive nasty email from the Studio lawyer.
If its an old video or home made movie that didn't go many copies, the owners may not concentration its been posted and not a soul may complain.
